I had a water filter installed by two of genes technicians. I didn't know it took two people to put a water filter on, especially without using any type of strap/anchor for replacing filter later. Thanks for nothing.

I AM SORRY YOU FEEL THAT YOU HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH US. MOST OF THE TIME THERE IS A PLUMBER AND A HELPER ON THE TRUCK. I AM SURE THAT THEY HAD SEVERAL CALLS THAT DAY AND SOME DO REQUIRE (2)PEOPLE. YOUR JOB SHOULD OF BEEN DONE FASTER WITH A HELPER. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CALL ME AND DISCUSS THIS.
